The flat is beautifully appointed and has its own private entrance on the ground floor situated adjacent to the main house. It has its own secluded patio/garden area. Heating is by gas central heating with thermostatically controlled radiators ensuring comfort in all seasons. Off street car parking is available. No smoking or pets are allowed in the flat.

	The flat has open plan living/dining/and kitchen areas; a double bedroom; a shower room; and a separate toilet. Both the shower room and the toilet have wash hand basins. The lounge area has a colour television and a sofa bed. The flat is however suitable for two adults only.
There is a dining table in the dining area and a galley kitchen comprising electric hob, fridge, washing machine, and combined microwave/grill/oven. The kitchen area is fully equipped.
	The double bedroom has built in wardrobe and double bed. Linen and towels are provided.
The secluded private garden/patio area, complete with patio table and chairs, is available for guests exclusive use. An ideal area for eating 'al fresco' or just relaxing when the weather is fine.
