All prices are fully inclusive of gas central heating, electricity, linen and towels. There are no extra costs. Terms and Conditions A 25% deposit to be paid at time of booking and balance in total to be paid 6 weeks in advance. Should there be a necessity to cancel the refund policy on the total price is: 4 weeks notice 80% refund 2 weeks notice 60% refund 1 weeks notice 50% refund With less that 1 weeks notice there is no refund. Guests are advised to take out cancellation insurance cover.
